Overnight Protein Oats

I have perfected it! The most delicious, nutritious, protein packed overnight oats.

Proatmeal (oatmeal with protein powder) is such a great way to start your day and keep you feeling full all morning!

It's very easy to make enough servings for the entire week & convenient to quickly grab on those busy mornings. One serving is less then 300 cals and the protein and fiber will keep you feeling full all morning.


1/3 cup rolled oats (30g)

1/3 cup milk of your choice

15g Chocolate Protein Powder

45 g Greek Yogurt

40g Banana

25g Blueberries

Pour oats, milk, protein powder and greek yogurt into a mason jar. Mix together well.

Add bananas and blueberries.

Top with cinnamon and voila! (If you like things sweeter add some vanilla extract to this recipe)
